Chinese herbs work to both treat symptoms and give your body what it needs to heal its self. During our first session together, I’ll complete a detailed intake considering all the symptoms you’re currently experiencing, your health history, and any medications you may be taking. All this gives me a clear picture of what’s happening so we get straight to the root cause. This gives me all the information I need to create your treatment plan.
At, you’ll receive your first acupuncture treatment along with a custom herbal formula for you to take at home. From there you’ll come in for weekly treatments. We’ll do a brief check in and adjust treatments to where you are in the moment. We expect to see:
a reduction on the length and heaviness of your periods
less pain
improved digestion
Once we agree that your experiencing significant change we can shift to treatments every other week, then monthly for a couple months. After that you can just return whenever you feel like you need a tune up.
